Refund Policy

At Canvase, we want you to be happy with your wall art purchase. If you need to return an item or report a problem with your order, please review the policy below.
1. Change-of-Mind Returns
If you change your mind after receiving your artwork, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery.
Please contact us at support@canvase.ae within this period to initiate your return.
The customer is responsible for return shipping charges for change-of-mind returns.
Returns remain subject to applicable UAE consumer-protection requirements. Any reasonable product-condition and packaging requirements will be communicated when your return is arranged.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your artwork arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible at support@canvase.ae.
Please include your order details and photographs of the issue where possible. This will help us assess the problem.
Depending on the circumstances and applicable consumer rights, we may arrange a replacement or refund.
3. Refund Processing
Once an approved return has been received and assessed, we will inform you of the refund decision and next steps.
Refunds for online card payments will generally be processed through the original payment method where possible. For cash-on-delivery orders, we will contact you to arrange an appropriate refund method.
The time required for a refund to reach you may depend on the payment method and relevant payment provider.
4. Order Cancellations
You may request cancellation before production begins.
Once production has started, cancellation may not be possible. However, this does not affect any refund or other rights you may have under applicable UAE law.
5. Installation Charges
Artwork installation is a separate service and is not included in the product price. Any installation-related refund or cancellation will be assessed according to the arrangements agreed for that service and applicable law.
