Canvase is an ecommerce platform operated by Image One Frames LLC, located at Al Qusais Industrial Area 3, Dubai, UAE.
1. Products and Customisation
Canvase offers wall art, canvas prints, paper prints, and framed artwork in predefined designs, sizes, and framing options. Customers are responsible for selecting the correct artwork, size, print type, and frame finish before placing an order. Product images are provided for illustration, and slight variations in colour or appearance may occur due to screen settings and printing characteristics. Custom wall art and bespoke services may be subject to separate terms and charges.
2. Pricing and Payments
All prices displayed on our website are in the currency specified at checkout. Applicable taxes, delivery charges, and additional service fees will be displayed where relevant. We accept online card payments and cash on delivery, subject to the payment options available at checkout. Artwork installation is not included in the product price. Installation can be requested separately and will be charged as an additional service.
3. Orders and Cancellations
Once an order is placed, we begin processing it for production. Customers may request cancellation before production begins. Cancellation requests made after production has started may not be accepted. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order. Any approved refund will be handled according to our Refund Policy.
4. Shipping and Delivery
We deliver across the UAE. Our estimated delivery time is typically 2–3 business days, subject to order requirements, delivery location, and other circumstances. 5. Returns and Refunds
Eligible products may be returned within seven days of delivery, subject to our Refund Policy and applicable UAE consumer-protection requirements. If you return an item because you have changed your mind, you are responsible for the return shipping charges. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us so we can assess the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund, as applicable.
6. Intellectual Property
All website content, including artwork images, photographs, text, graphics, logos, and branding, belongs to Canvase, its operator, or the relevant rights holders. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially use our content without appropriate permission.
7. Website Use
You agree to use our website lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, security, or availability. We reserve the right to correct errors, update product information, and make changes to our website and offerings when necessary.

We will handle orders and customer concerns in accordance with applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any consumer rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
